Byre Theatre

The Byre Theatre is a vibrant hub for the community and serves as a focal point for the Arts in North East Fife. With a year round programme of events, shows, conferences, parties, music and learning you will never find a dull moment at the Byre.

St Andrews Cathedral

The remains of what was Scotland's largest and most magnificent church still show how impressive St Andrews Cathedral must have been in its prime.  Its museum houses a collection of early and later medieval sculpture as well as other relics found on the site. Spectacular views from St Rule's Tower.

British Golf Museum

What better place to learn about the 500-year history of golf, than at this museum located in St. Andrews, the "home of golf," located on the West Sands next to the Old Course and the Royal and Ancient Golf Club.

The Himalayas

The best place to get a feel for the town's favourite sport is to play a round on the Himalayas Putting Green.  Adjacent to the West Sands beach, heading towards the golf courses, The Himalayas is an 18 hole putting area which is popular with families.  Open to the public 7 days a week (April - October), with no booking required.

Craigtoun Country Park

Just two miles from the centre of St Andrews lies Craigtoun Country Park; a beautiful haven with mature trees, shrub and grass areas, as well as a modern children's play area.  Craigtoun Country Park is free to enter, although certain activities inside the park now charge an entrance fee.
